Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Everything is fine, to it as well as to the pans of this series nothing sticks, does not burn, it is washed with just hot water without extra effort, the only thing that did not like is that the lid can not be taken by the handle, very hot, the handle does not heat up, thank you!
